J CHILDREN - Super Glass Anti-otitis and colic bottles in glass
The J BIMBI® Bfree® bottle helps prevent ear infections, gaseous colic and gastroesophageal reflux.
The patented low-vacuum and non-drip valve naturally compensates for the air gap inside the bottle, which causes earache and ear infections, and allows physiological and controlled sucking as with breastfeeding.
The anti-colic cannula prevents the formation of air bubbles, possible causes of colic, reflux and regurgitation. It can be removed after the first few months when the colic disappears making it unnecessary to change the bottle.
The J BIMBI® Bfree® bottle is also equipped with a temperature sensor that changes color when the liquid is too hot.
The J BIMBI glass bottle is recommended for the first few months because:
- does not retain the fats and nutrients of the milk on the walls
- it is the best material for heating milk
- it is extremely hygienic
After the first few months, replace the bottle with the polypropylene one when it is held independently by the child.
Characteristics
- Extra soft orthodontic teat (because it does not collapse with the vacuum generated by suction) in high quality medical silicone
- Easy acceptance of the teat and the bottle : thanks to a natural suction that does not take away from the mother's breast
- Multifunction ring : guarantees an optimal seal, allows the insertion of the One for All handles and to replace the teat with the one most suitable for feeding or with the Sippi spout
- Sealing disk : to turn the bottle into a convenient container for milk
- Patented low vacuum valve to naturally compensate for the air gap inside the bottle and prevent ear infections. In medical silicone, easy to clean and accessible in all its parts. It does not require ventilation holes which can be a repository for dirt or bacteria
- Anti-drip system to avoid leaks when breastfeeding and carrying the bottle
- Removable anti-colic cannula to prevent the formation of air bubbles in liquids and prevent colic. Easy to clean thanks to the brush supplied with the bottle
- In Heat Resistant Glass (Borosilicate), without Bisphenol A, PVC and Phthalates
- Safety temperature sensor that changes color when the liquid is too hot
- Bottle compatible with the J BIMBI® manual breast pump
The bottle with the lowest vacuum on the market for the prevention of ear infections
The vacuum problem in baby bottles
When sucking with bottles, a negative pressure (vacuum) is created inside the bottle, forcing the baby to suck forcefully in order to feed himself.
The repeated suctions – about 40 for a 250 ml meal – generate an unnatural and potentially harmful effort.
The consequences of the vacuum: ear infections, inappetence and fatigue
The vacuum in the bottle creates a negative pressure inside the middle ear, which can lead to painful infections and ear infections (1). These unnatural efforts on the part of the child can lead to loss of appetite and fatigue.

The patented low vacuum valve J BIMBI® Bfree®
Naturally compensates for the air gap inside the bottle and reduces the risk of earache and ear infections. It allows physiological and controlled suction as with breastfeeding.
A comparative test has shown that the J BIMBI® Bfree® bottle is the most effective in reducing the vacuum inside the bottle (negative pressure), up to 5 times, compared to the best bottles with an anti-colic valve.

The anti-colic and reflux bottle, ideal for the first few months... but also after
Baby bottles and air bubbles
The vacuum in the bottles is compensated for by the entry of more air, commonly through the teat. The air mixes slowly with the milk, in the form of tiny (even invisible) bubbles.
The consequences of air bubbles
Over 40% of newborns suffer from colic and studies generally agree that the main causes are:
- Air swallowed and trapped in the intestines
- Artificial feeding, to a greater extent than breastfeeding
- Air is also one of the causes of Reflux and Regurgitation in the newborn
The anti-colic cannula
J CHILDREN® Bfree®
Prevents the formation of air bubbles, possible causes of colic, reflux and regurgitation.
It can be removed after the first few months when the colic disappears making it unnecessary to change the bottle.
A study conducted on children suffering from gaseous colic has shown that the J BIMBI® Bfree® bottle reduces colic symptoms in 90% of cases already during the first week (2).
