I just placed an order but I want to cancel it: how can I do it?
If you have not yet received the "Order Completed" email of the product/s you ordered, you can request cancellation by entering the "my account" section with the username and password used to place the order, from the "I your orders” you can search for the one you are interested in, within which you can click on the word cancel this order. The cancellation is confirmed by sending an email.
I have just placed an order but I want to change the shipping or billing information: how can I do?
If you have just placed an order but want to change the shipping or billing information, you must contact us at assistance@iperbimbo.it with the correct changes. We will proceed with the changes.
How do I know for sure if my order has been accepted?
Every successful order is confirmed by Iperbimbo by sending an email to the email address entered during registration. By accessing your account, with the username and password used to place the order, in addition to personal data, all orders placed are visible with a description of the order status.
Is shipping abroad possible?
It is possible to ship abroad against the payment of an Extra. To request the service, write to onlineshop@iperbimbo.it
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over €80. The cost of shipping one or more products that do not reach the €80 threshold can be viewed in the cart. Only food and diapers are exempt from this rule, the shipment of which depends on the quantity purchased and is never free.
What are the delivery times of an order?
The order is prepared by 12 noon on the working day following payment and shipped by courier by 4 pm. At that point the order is in transit and takes about 2 working days. It is possible that for Northern Italy the waiting time is reduced to one working day.
Is it possible to order a product and pick it up in a store?
You can pay and collect your order online comfortably in some of our stores.

Is it possible to finance large orders?
No, it is not possible to take the product home and pay for it in installments. There is the possibility of ordering the desired product and making several advances in the period between the order and the collection of the object. Subsequent advance payments are also accepted if brought by friends and relatives as a gift for the order holder.
What are the shipping times?
Guarantee and withdrawal
I have received the ordered product but I cannot find the attached invoice: how can I get it?
The invoice will arrive in pdf format via email. If no invoice has been requested, the order placed is sufficient proof of purchase to take advantage of the 2 years and 2 months warranty.
Am I entitled to a guarantee by purchasing online? How long does it last?
The guarantee for the consumer understood as the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity lasts 26 months. In case an invoice with VAT number is requested, the guarantee is 12 months.

How does the loyalty card work? How do I know the balance of my loyalty card?
The loyalty card is free and is useful for accumulating real money on the card, which can be scaled on subsequent purchases. This happens with purchases made in the shop and in all its departments except heavy childcare. Purchases in this department instead contribute to transforming your card from Fidelity to Fidelity Gold: a card that will help you accumulate more money!
