Alce Nero spelled stelline are made with Italian spelled. It is distinguished by its sweet taste and its long stem. Our little stars are made with spelled flour and with the addition of vitamin B1, without the use of flavorings and with water from the Latemar Dolomite springs.
Alce Nero corallini are made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, a historic variety that owes its name to the senator from Abruzzo who promoted the agrarian reform at the beginning of the 20th century which led to the distinction between hard and soft wheat. Cultivated in Italy, it is characterized by an intense aroma, a strong flavor and by the ears up to one meter eighty tall, which end with an unmistakable black mustache. Particularly resistant to dry climates, it is considered the king of Italian durum wheat. Our corallini are produced only with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, with the addition of vitamin B1, without the use of flavorings and with water from the Latemar Dolomite springs.
